Taking this workshop has been amazing, I was able to learn from scratch the programming language. I feel very enthusiastic to go on with it.
This workshop has been a challenge for me but I definitely learned a lot and looking forward to the next step of my growth in this field.
This course was definitely worth the time. I had a lot of fun and learned new techniques along the way. I would recommend this course to anyone that is interested in learning more about coding and has no idea where to start.
The lessons on SheCodes were clear and easy to follow. Matt makes it look easy and he gives good advice on what to do if you get stuck coding. I was surprised how quickly I was able to learn this new skill. It was not only educational, but also fun to do. I recommend it to all women!
As with SheCodes Basics, I learned SO much in the SheCodes Plus workshop! The lessons were informative, easy-to-follow, engaging, and fun. I really enjoyed expanding my technical tool-set, and was ultimately able to create a final project I'm genuinely proud of ... can't wait to continue on my SheCodes learning journey!
I have really enjoyed my SheCodes Basics experience, the platform worked really well with my preferred learning style of hands-on, allowing me to get stuck in with the experiential practice. I found it challenging in a positive way, spending hours immersed in focussed problem-solving and feeling a great sense of achievement upon completing the tasks. It was also great to see the elements of HTML, CSS and Javascript come together for the final project!
Learning with SheCodes has been amazing so far. They have really help me learn and be confident in my journey in coding.

Excellent course, would highly recommend to everyone who would like to start coding! Each week, there are a number of tutorials which you can watch when convenient and you can apply what you learned in the homework assignment. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow and the homework is exactly the right level of challenging.
Joining SheCodes was the best thing I could ever do for myself. I've learned a lot of new things in a short period of time and the weekly homework helps you in practicing my skills. I'm looking forward to learning more things in the SheCodes Plus program and later getting a remote job which has been my dream so that I can work from anywhere.

What a fantastic introduction to coding! After completing four SheCodes workshops, I feel empowered to make my own projects and continue my journey with web development. React isn't the easiest to learn, but Matt is an excellent teacher and the Slack team is amazing. The learning is project-based, fun, and engaging. I highly recommend!

I started the SheCodes Basics course to help me with my current employment, as a digital marketer I make regular updates to our company's website, manage Google Tag Manager, Email Marketing and much more. Even after the first week of this course, it opened up more for my job role. I can now read the code I'm looking at and it has been a great diving board to learn more in the coding world.

I took a hiatus from my project on SheCodes. But when I returned, I found it easy to relearn some of the basics/pick up where I left off.
SheCodes was really fun and was very educational for me. Matt was a wonderful teacher who was very encouraging and made everything easy to understand. I feel that I learned a lot in such a short period of time. SheCodes provided a lot of great resources to put your own spin into your homework and own personal projects. It was a great experience for me to be able to learn alongside so many other women.

I recently completed the SheCodes basic coding class where I learnt HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the first time, and I have to say it was a great experience. Matt was a great instructor and the curriculum was well-structured and easy to follow.

Thanks to Matt and his team for this great opportunity. I had a lot of fun, it is great to have a challenge with most of the lectures to apply what you have learned and I loved to have actual results in the end that I can show to others. I started this course to get some basic knowledge in coding as I am trying to change careers into UX Design and be better equipped to talk to developers, but I might just change course completely and switch to coding ... I am not sure yet, the jury is still out there. But who knows?

I very much enjoyed the past 3 weeks of learning how to code with SheCodes. I was nervous at first but once a few days go by then the full 3 weeks I am amazed how much I learned, was easy to understand and how I feel at the end is truly fantastic. I would highly recommend this course to everyone I know. I am sad that this is the end, I will be upgrading to the Max program soon. I am excited to see what the future has in store.
shecodes helped me start my frontend journey, even without having a tech background...The classes are very explanatory and making it easy to understand and I could learn at my own pace.

I've always been afraid of coding. Thanks to Tiktok I discovered SheCodes and took the leap of faith. Matt Delac, the instructor, is excellent at teaching the concepts of coding. He is especially patient and helpful. I wholeheartedly suggest this workshop to anyone interested in learning basic coding from start to finish. This experience not only taught me the proper techniques and foundation of HTML coding as promised, but it also taught me how to learn independently, how to stick with a problem and find ways to solve it, and, perhaps most importantly, how to continue to develop my software development skills outside of the electronic classroom.
If you know nothing about coding, then SheCodes is a good place to start. This workshop is fantastic and so efficient. The lessons were easy to learn. I have done online curses in the past but this is so different. The mode of delivery and platform navigation is perfect. Thanks, Matt for making this course so flexible, and easy to learn. The SheCodes responsive workshop was quite challenging, however, Matt used a very simple approach to teach, which made it really interesting to learn. I'm a recent Electronic and Electrical Engineering graduate from University College London (UCL). My journey into computer science started during my studies, where I delved deeply into Machine Learning. I loved it, so I decided to venture out and see what else there was to learn! I was looking for a bootcamp and then landed on the SheCodes workshops. I immensely enjoyed every minute of it. Not only was it a great introduction into web development but it helped me tap into my creativity. I built projects of my own alongside this course, using the knowledge from each lesson, which I'm very proud of. I'm looking forward to completing the entire bootcamp!

This really challenged me but I enjoyed the challenge! It made me review what I've learned in the past and apply it to this new framework. It was great that I was learning new material while subsequently reviewing old. Also, I'm now able to look things up online and derive my own solutions, which I think is the best skill I've obtained thus far. Overall, I think it was a great course and I highly recommend it to those looking to learn another framework!

I had fun building a landing page from scratch. And when the code didn't work I had to find out how to do things and connect with people. It was very interesting to see and share different solutions to the same challenges. I feel like I have learned a lot so far and it's only been a couple weeks.
Building a weather application as my final project was such a learning experience! I can not wait to see what I learn next in my journey with SheCodes.
