Had a bit of a rough start with this course but once I got a hang of it everyone seemed to flow. I'm ready to build my portfolio and build more projects with the things I've learned.
Overall, I enjoyed this course. Useful new techniques and concepts are taught in week one to improve the design and layout of our projects. I found week two a little repetitive, particularly if students decide to work on their own design. But, as always, the course content is clear, well organised and well explained. We are supported step-by-step through the process of building responsive sites.

The AI-add-on course was transformative, offering practical and hands-on experience. It made AI integration easy to understand and apply, giving me the confidence to enhance my projects with AI.
I found the videos clear and easy to follow. I felt the design of the lessons was great for teaching you each piece, but also starting over to really solidify how all the pieces fit together. If you get stuck or are just looking to clarify anything, asking a question in Slack is easy and the responses are timely. The Weather App project was fun and depending on your comfort level, you are given the choice to simply show the current weather or make it more complex by also showing the forecast.
It was fun to learn even more cool properties of HTML, CSS and JS. Even though short, the course helped me to understand the flaws of my previous project, and taught me how to correct those and how to improve my code.
Like all other projects, this one challenged me, but I’m excited to share my experience creating a weather app that delivers real-time data with an intuitive search engine. Through this project, I learnt valuable skills in API integration, dynamic HTML manipulation, and user interface design. I personally found React quite a challenge to learn in the main course, so recommend anyone completing it to also do the add on as it really reinforces your learnings and is a fun project to do!
