SheCodes uses step-by-step videos on how to code. The videos are easy to understand so that coding is fun. I would recommend the course to anyone who is interesting in learning how to code- help is offered every step of the way, if needed.

I absolutely loved SheCodes workshop. It can be very difficult to stay motivated with online education, but something about SheCodes makes it so easy! Matt is a great instructor, caring and resourceful. I am very grateful for these 3 weeks and excited to move forward and learn more. I love this workshop! I had a lot of fun and even after I thought I would not get it the classes and the patient teachers let me the time to let it click into place in my head! Within 7 days I learned the fundamental basics of building a cool website and cannot await the next workshop SheCodesPlus!!!! I want to start it immediately and can recommend everyone this workshop!
I would highly recommend these workshops to all! They are really clear and easy to understand the principles and basics of programming, because I want to start to learn UX / UI design, so was interested in the basics of coding :) And at the end of the workshops you already can create your own pages and be creative! And I have realized that it is actually for creative minds like me (as a musician and singer, hobby), so you really do not need to know math heh ;) (in music actually some math we have) . So, yes, everyone can do it, if you have that big interest! Thank you Matt and all your team! I really enjoyed this course!!
This workshop is really good, i highly recommend it! It is perfect for beginners who want to start their journey in this area. The classes are very good and the weekly challenges are a very good complement to what is learned. The best for me was the final project, since we are free to create something of our own with the skills we have gained. Matt is a really good teacher and the staff from SheCodes on Slack are really helpful and always available!
Working with SheCodes and staff so far has been wonderful! The quality and content that Matt provides is truly amazing and I recommend all women who are interested to simply take a shot because he makes coding feel like a breeze. I really enjoyed my 3rd week project because i can create and decorate my own page which makes it fun! I have learned a lot in these past few weeks. Thank you Matt for your hard work and sharing your knowledge to us. During this quarantine I've decided to improve my skills and I joined the SheCodes workshop! It was an amazing learning journey, with a lot of new knowledge and challegings. Thanks to Matt Delac and his powerfull classes I am able to create something with HTML, CSS and JavaScript. After these 3 weeks I truly feel it was just the beginning! I definitely recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to understand the basics of coding. Although I don´t use it on a daily basis at a professional level, as a marketing manager I always had the curiosity and the willingness to customize webpages on my own. With this workshop, I definitely was able to understand how it works. Besides that, It was super fun and challenging to code during these few weeks.
I've been interested in coding for a while and had learnt a tiny amount a few years back. This was a great refresher but also taught me a lot more than I was expecting. Matt explains things really well and the on hand support whilst doing homework and projects was invaluable. Highly recommend this course!
I would highly recommend the 3-week workshop to anybody who is curious about coding and wants to 'dip their feet' into it and see what it's all about. The videos are clear, the challenges are well-designed, and you do not need to have any special skills to be successful in this workshop -- you just need motivation! I learned more in this three week workshop than a whole semester of Computer Science 101 in college! Everything about this course is great. Besides Matt being an excellent tutor, the workshop is designed for you to learn step by step, you can learn to your rhythm and manage your time during the week. Besides, you can rely on extra help from the community and by SheCodes. Each class is well structured and encourages you to go behind and search for extra things online, which is the main source of new things to put on the codes. Also, the material support (like videos, solutions, code, etc) are really god. I did not expect to learn some much in just three weeks. I really enjoy it! I started from zero, for a person who doesn't really enjoy online learning, I am happy that I took this workshop, had a great experience ...the whole process was super easy to follow, from the basics to the very end and when I did panic there was always someone willing to help ; I am very proud of what I have accomplish so far; when I looked at code before I was so scared because it looked like something from another planet 🙈 but now I feel pretty confident to keep learning and improve my knowledge. I will totally recommend it for total beginners.

SheCodes is so fun and so helpful! I started the program without even really knowing what coding actually was and three weeks later I've built a whole page. It was very affordable and helpful. The videos are straight forward and interesting, and the lessons run in a very orderly way that makes a lot of sense. Hello, I was excited to take this class but due to personal circumstances, I could never take it. Then the pandemic hit, and I suddenly was allotted way more time to focus on a new skill to improve my resume and overall knowledge. Although it was hard to balance home life and this class, I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family. This class provides you the basics of HTML, CSS and JavaScript so that way you can expand on that learning in the future. Thanks Matt!
I love how beginner friendly the SheCodes Express Workshop is. The information is presented in a way that is easy to understand. Also the resources and programs used throughout the course made coding less intimidating, which I greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend this workshop for first time coders.

I came into this workshop knowing nothing about coding, and left feeling so inspired to keep learning more! The whole curriculum is very approachable--videos are short but very informative and easy to refer back to, the challenges and homework are helpful and the final project was really fun to work on. I found myself looking forward to this every day and spending hours in my final week working on creating new things outside of the workshop because it was so fun. The Slack group was helpful for questions, someone usually got back to me within a few hours with a quick and helpful answer, and it was really cool to see how many women were taking this from all over the world. This was my first exposure to coding, and Matt's teaching style and enthusiasm takes the intimidation factor out of it for anyone who might be hesitant to try. I highly recommend giving this a try--I definitely want to continue learning more after this.
I totally loved the experience throughout these past 3 weeks. It's been such an amazing journey where I've learned the basics, but fundamentals of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I have always wanted to learn about front-end web development and this workshop helped me so much. Not only it got me started on the material, but it also made me fall in love with it even more!. Learning code has always been something that I wanted to do. However, most of the courses over there are not built for absolute beginners and sometimes it could be frustrating because they are too fast or too complex for someone who just started. However, at SheCodes is completely different. You could learn at your own pace, the lessons are very clear and you have the chance to ask all the questions you may need. Matt built a great workshop where he explains everything step by step for people who don't know anything about code which help us to truly understand what we are doing. Apart from that, almost every lesson includes a challenge to practice what we've been learning and that makes all the difference.
