This was a super fun workshop, and I loved building a multipage website/portfolio as the final project - it really pulled together everything we've been taught since the Basic workshops, and I got a real sense of just how much I've learned so far. Also, I really liked learning how to use Bootstrap 🤓
Attending the Basics Add-on workshop enhanced my understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. I'm now feeling equipped and enthusiastic about delving into more advanced topics in web development.
Taking this bootcamp has been the best leap I’ve taken for my career. I was self-teaching coding before this but wanted something to really push me and keep me accountable, and this program definitely did that. A big factor in my positive experience was having an amazing instructor like Matt who is genuinely passionate about coding. I'm grateful for what I learned and thankful for this experience which changed my life.

Responsive add-on was a very fun project to work on. It was interesting to build a responsive landing page with no bootstrap. In life we learn that less is more and this project truly showed that.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this program. Being a full time law student who's learning how to code has been nothing short of challenging. However this program has taught me how to improve my time management skills to make sure I don't fall to far behind on either of my studies.

I can't say enough good things about my journey with SheCodes learning React. Matt's teaching style made everything click for me; his explanations were clear and easy to follow. It was quite challenging, had to stop and start multiple times because I would have to debug often(My fault because I forget to put semi-colons on my JavaScript). I am already familiar with programming in Python. I have completed the entry-level exam in Python. However, this course taught me so much about integrating APIs into an application. It was taught clearly, which I haven't come across in other courses yet. I also liked the challenges and enjoyed working on the final project.

Amazing few months, it was hard at times and very challenging. But the results of such hard work is truly valuable.
I have learned so much, now I can easily see a pattern from a design and replicate it, don't even get me started on the amount of javascript I have consumed, highly recommend it. All because of this course. and it gives you room to practice not just copy and paste which gives you more room for improvement

This program has been easy to follow and understand; even for someone with minimal to no experience in coding. The videos were short and full of information, and completing homework assignments was easier with all the resources She Codes provides.
Learning is one thing but replicating or creating something from scratch with comprehension is another thing. Coding requires logic and continuing the journey requires persistence. Coding is challenging, and requires time, effort, and trial and error. Passion is not necessary but it can help. So why do I love coding or continue to find myself doing this? I believe its because I can bring an idea to life by words. We do not hear this a lot but coding and creativity sounds like two different worlds which in fact work well together. Advanced CSS and JS was a beast together with codesandbox, but I was an even greater beast! I fought, I almost quit, but kept on fighting and here I am. Someone previously commented "Be encouraged and keep at it!", a special thank you to them, due to the particular comment amongst many other things I kept fighting. Moreover, I cannot get enough of the lessons, I just want to keep doing them. I like to say "There is so much to learn and see," I love learning and SheCodes Plus definitely had a lot of learning. I cannot wait for the next phase, I cannot help but wonder what other interesting things are there for me.
