It was really fun, educational and challenging at the same time. I never thought coding could be so much fun! Everything was explained step by step and was able to ask questions if I had any. Highly recommended if you are new to the coding world. Can't wait to learn the rest! 😊😊

Really interesting, a pretty steep learning curve but after a few WTF moments things started to click. Finally feel like I'm beginning to understand javascipt by the end of this course. Big thanks to Matt for making everything so clear and easy to follow, and to the SheCodes staff for being quick and helpful on Slack :). Would recommend the SheCodes Weather API too.

I love everything so far that SheCodes provides, from the workshops to the community. I've learned so much more in the last three weeks then when I tried to learn on my own. I really enjoyed doing the SheCodes workshop and it allowed me to explore a whole other side to the internet.
I stumbled upon SheCodes when looking for coding courses as I am interested in learning a new skill and was immediately sold after exploring the SheCodes website and reading other women's testimonials. Matt makes learning coding straight forward, easy to follow and understand and I have thoroughly enjoyed my coding journey so far. I look forward to what doors this new skill will open up for me in the future.

This Plus course was VERY challenging, frustrating at times, but I learned soooo much. I excited with my progress, and looking forward to moving onto the next Plus + project.
As I get deeper into the lessons, it gets more challenging. I enjoyed this project and I understand I will really have to practice to get better.....and I will get better! :)

I had attempted to learn coding many times by enrolling in online classes but it was challenging and boring. Thanks to the code, SheCodes Basics has been fun and interesting.
Creating the weather app was both challenging and fun. Having the videos nice and short allows you to progress at your own pace and get a better understanding for each lesson.

When I first started, I thought building a multi-paged website would be really difficult. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that the instructions were easy to follow, and I was able to create my first portfolio website without any trouble. It was a really exciting and satisfying experience, and I learned so much from the program.

Building a world clock with SheCodes has been a great experience. I recommend taking the SheCodes Plus Add-On Course because you learn things not covered in the other courses. Additionally, you gain more experience and could add the project to your portfolio. Learning about "Moments" is a game changer! You will write less code, and your javascript will look much cleaner. SheCodes React has been a fun and interesting course. It has been great to see the similarities and the differences with vanilla javascript, and has certainly been helpful to learn some modern tech!

I really enjoyed Matt's pedagogical skills and the whole content of the class. The JavaScript part of the class was essential to my work, and I'm glad I decided the enroll in the workshop.

The last amazing workshop with SheCodes that taught me more about React helping me to build a beautiful dictionary app with phonetics and pictures. The Basics course has been so much fun to complete. I really enjoyed how engaging the material was. The format of the course helps to solidify the concepts learned, and apply them into projects, which is such a great way of learning.

I loved working on this weather app and spending time learning how API, Bootstrap, GitHub, Git, and hosting really are. This took most of my time but it was all worth it in the end. I hope to learn more.
SheCodes was a wonderful experience. The videos were very easy to follow and easy to understand. Matt is correct that it is fun to try and figure things out how to make your code unique and fun. I can now look at a piece of code and get a general idea of what it means and how it functions. I still have a lot to learn, but the basics is great and I feel like I learned a lot!

SheCodes Basic Add-On was a little more complex but used very similar coding styles as Basic. You do learn more tricks to snag up a page and it was very fun to create something based on something I liked. Can't wait for the next round of learning!

The SheCodes Plus course taught me how to use Javascript in depth. It was a lot of fun building, designing, and then rebuilding the project. I feel like I have a great grasp on Javascript now!
