I had a great experience. The solutions after challenges really helped me understand and I love the concept behind the company. It's amazing to see women from all around the world in the slack channel and all our work in one place. I learned html and css during design school (its been awhile) but this was my first time learning javascript. Overall I feel like the basics workshop was well worth the money. Give it a try!
SheCodes Responsive has been my favorite course to date! I loved being able to create my own unique portfolio, showcasing all of the knowledge and skills I have acquired thus far. This course has helped me feel as though a career in front-end development is truly within my grasp. A huge thank-you to Matt and the entire SheCodes Team for your continued guidance and support! SheCodes is a good introductory workshop for beginners. Matt is a great instructor who explains every step in detail making the work easy to follow along. The workshop also provides plenty of resources and a friendly community ready to help you.
This course built on what I learned in the basics workshop and allowed me to understand more of javascript and how to host a website. I look forward to the next two workshops, Responsive and React, so that I can further my front end development knowledge.

I loved SheCodes! I knew HTML basics and have been interested in coding for years so I have no regrets with the courses taken and I'm super excited to learn more.
This is what I've been looking for! 😍 I've tried learning javascript and c# on several different mobile apps for the past few months, each one as confusing and confidence knocking as the last. SheCodes has really helped break everything down into logical, chewable mouthfuls and has made the entire process incredibly fun! I looked forward to finishing work to carry on my lessons, now I look forward to building a portfolio and starting my dev career! Thank you Matt and team! 💖

Coding seemed like a big overwhelming monster before SheCodes. I had no idea where to start so I just kept putting it off. This workshop was so clear and the small steps made it feel approachable and at times even easy, and when I did struggle help was readily available. I'm excited to see how these new skills can contribute to building my career!
SheCodes gave me a good basis for understanding what programming logic is like. The knowledge I gained in SheCodes was what gave me the confidence to start planning a career change.
SheCodes Plus was a really fun challenge! I love how the weather app project builds incrementally over the weeks. There was always something new to learn--even in the solution videos! Again, Matt and the SheCodes team did a phenomenal job! Can't wait to learn more in the next workshop!
This course was amazing! I would highly recommend it. I loved how we used real-world tools and had challenges throughout. Throughout the course, I was building on the skills from week 1 which gave me the confidence to play around with my final project.
Coding is actually the last thing I thought could bring me so much fun. Now I confidently learn to apply knowledge in practice. When I was a kid, I liked doing puzzles or building blocks, so now I associate coding with those things. That's why it brings me so much pleasure💙

Lessons in SheCodes are straight forward and easy to follow. Activities and homework will allow you apply what you learn in the previous lessons. The SheCodes' staff and slack community is very supportive and helpful.

It has been an interesting, fun, and challenging journey of coding. I learned that coding with a free mind is the key. I took a bunch of breaks during coding. Taking a break gives an opportunity to think about what you can change or improve.

Thanks to this workshop, I started to develop a deeper understanding of coding, as well as learned about Bootstrap, GitHub, APIs, and a lot of advanced HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Challenges after almost each lesson are so helpful and needed! I absolutely enjoyed compleeting them! For sure, now I feel more experienced and confident in coding, and I'm looking forward to continue improving with Matt and the wonderful SheCodes team!

I still can't believe the amount of progress I had in just three weeks. The workshops were really easy to understand, they were short and very helpful at the same time, the projects weren't too easy or too difficult to handle and, in the end, all I can say is that I love SheCodes and I'm very thankful for this opportunity that they gave me.
Some of the courses were a little tricky, but having the right support and resources definitely helped a lot!

Whew! This is the most rewarding, exciting, and difficult workshop yet! I loved the React projects (one weather and one dictionary), building another weather project but in a different way really shows you that there are a lot more ways you can code to build a project. The dictionary project was definitely the hardest but I'm a perfectionist at heart and this was a great experience to see it all come together. These weeks of lessons, challenges, and projects has me going out on my own and making more than just the given projects and I'm dreaming of code and other ways to make it work! Thank you so much Matt Delac for this platform/workshops and thank you the to team for helping me out so much! You all rock!!
SheCodes Responsive gave me the confidence I needed to really see that I CAN DO this. I loved the final project. Being able to showcase our work on a website we built is an amazing feeling. It wouldn't have been as awesome unless there was some challenges along the way! Thanks to the SheCodes Team and Matt for guiding me on my journey to becoming a front-end developer.

SheCodes is a great opportunity to learn how to code from scratch. You can have zero knowledge and still succeed just by following the lessons. Hands-on projects and exercises help to identify what you have already mastered and what you still have to work on. I didn't believe that I would be able to learn how to code, but SheCodes proved me wrong!
During the plus workshop I felt sometimes overwhelmed and frustrated but thanks to the motivating SheCodes Team I didn't give up and it paid off. I managed to code a weather app. I am so grateful for the SheCodes Workshops!
I now have a better skills , new friends, access to a new community, a solid entry into the tech industry, and a lot more confidence in myself. Thank you to She codes foundation.

I really enjoy this Basic Workshop👩💻. All the material that are explained by Matt are easy to digest and to be followed. I have totally zero experience in coding before and now I can make a simple landing page within even less than 3 weeks! 🙌 I highly recommend this basic workshop to people who wants to start to learn how to code, but not sure where to begin with, this is totally for YOU! 💯

What an amazing course! I am totally satisfied!
At the very beginning, I wasn't sure whether I could handle this challenge, because I'm a person who is more into humanities bent,thus coding or programming -another world,which I would never be able to get to know, that was actually my very first thought. Nevertheless, I got into that. The way how Monsieur Matt explains the field of coding,just brilliant! This workshop is extrremely inspiring and I eager to continue to explore the world of IT. SheCodes:Basics - a great workshop,which gives the most comprehemsive explanations of the unknown world of IT and maximum level of creativity.
Overall, I would give this program a 4.3/5. I learned a lot and the lessons taught 1 to 2 ideas to learn at a time, making it easier to learn without getting overwhelmed. If you are not sure you are interested in coding, taking the basic course is a good way to see if it is for you. It also makes me appreciate those who do coding for a living and how much goes into just one web page.
Going through the whole experience with SheCodes has been SO helpful! The workshops are structured wonderfully and make learning easy and fun.
It was really fun and easy to follow. The lesson challenges were really good progress checkpoints that weren't too difficult or off the mark from what was taught.

I was very nervous to start this workshop since I went in knowing absolutely NOTHING about coding! Taking the beginners course showed me that coding can be fun and isn't rocket science like I had thought. The workshops and challenges were so helpful in allowing me to practice what I had learned. And now I'm excited to learn more and hopefully jump start a career as a coder!
We did it! Excellent course! Complex material is explained as simply as possible. The course itself is built logically - so that, as a beginner, it was comfortable for me to dive into the features of the language and the principles of programming in general, topic by topic. It was one my life-time experiences that has paved my way in data science learning and I believe with coding skillI will be able to establish my ideal career in future. Matt thought coding in a completely understandable way which although I have not had any background in this area, I did not have any difficulties through learning.

This was a great experience! I achieved something that I always thought to be impossible, and I'm super proud of what I was able to develop.
The classes have been quite challenging particularly for me, however I believe that consistency even when you feel like giving up will really help. It might take longer than you expected but in the end you reach your goal once you set up to do something. Despite all this, I have really enjoyed the classes and well pleased with the knowledge I have acquired so far.
SheCodes Basics has been a very thrilling and exciting journey for me personally, from the ; challenges, homeworks and finally the Project.I can't wait to enroll into the SheCodes Plus. In conclusion, SheCodes is definitely worth the hype!
