SheCodes Plus really gets into the details and give you an advanced insight. The lessons and the challenger need your full attention, but I can not describe it any other way, it's really great! You are encouraged and challenged and will notice a fast progress. If you want to start your career in tech, this class is for you.

I never thought I'd be able to code until I found SheCodes. The weekly deadlines always forced me to continue and push through to finding solutions when I was stuck and the knowlesge that there was a community of people that I could fall back on for support really helped me overcome the challenges this course presented.

SheCodes has been one of the best things I started in years. The video's are amazing, the community is great and it's a very easy and good start te learn how to code. and don't forget: it's so much fun! I think Matt and his team has found a great way of making coding fun and I celebrate the fact that they target women. And they do it realy well, with Cat's coding, lots of emoji's and even jokes. I highly recomend SheCodes to learn how to code, to get a new skill and to have fun!

I honestly never thought that understanding and writing code was meant for me, and I always dismissed it as something too difficult to manage. SheCodes Plus has not been easy or a walk on a bed of marshmallows. Multiple late night sessions for me, but the things learned has been phenomenal with practices that reinforces the concepts of the things that we have learned over the past 8 weeks.
What a terrific program, an egoless environment that encourages anyone to give it a try whilst allowing students to learn at their own pace. It's very easy to then further progress with the synchronised courses - would highly recommend to any women considering not only a career change, but even just a new skill set.

SheCodes Plus is an amazing course to expand on what you learn in the Basics course - and it's so much fun! Javascript can be confusing at times but Matt is an excellent teacher and explains it so well at every step. I really enjoyed doing this workshop, I learned a lot and it helped me a lot to evolve in the programming as I had already tried in other workshops and it had never worked. I hope it helps me make it through programming. With a lot of desire to start the most advanced workshop to evolve even more.

It was almost 3 months of quite hard work but the result is worth it ⭐️ SheCodes Plus requires more effort than Basic workshop but if you like challenges 💪 then this is something for you. I got bunch of new extra useful information about API and JS plus all resources necessary to build my very first application. Matt as always is a great teacher who knows how to explain the most difficult stuff the easiest possible way. Entering fascinating world of coding now I really know how much I don't know 😅 but for sure I feel more confident and I'm looking forward to continue my journey with front end development and to see where it brings me 👩🏻💻👀🛤

Learning to code is really fun, especially when you are tutored by someone as amazing as Matt. The information that you learned in each video is very brief but when in the end of the workshop, you will be definitely surprised by what you have learned!

I really enjoyed the classes Matt has given in SheCodes. It was clear and easy to follow. I love the examples he gives to be able to relate to the study. I have enjoyed the challenges, it feels like I am back in school, at the same time it feels like Matt was teaching and playing games with us. This was so much fun to learn! I looked forward to coming home from work every day and taking on another challenge and then ultimately building my very first app! Matt's teaching style is great and easy to understand and it is nice to be able to have videos and sources to refer back to. The team is also wonderful, with quick and helpful responses. There were times I definitely challenged, but I am so proud of what I have already accomplished and am excited to continue forward in my journey to become a software developer!
After completing this workshop I feel so accomplished and so proud of the work that I have created. Before this workshop I would have never thought that I could create an app let alone a working weather app based on real-time data. But with SheCodes help, easy to follow lessons and assignments I was able to challenge myself. I'm so thankful for SheCodes for helping me create something that I can not only show off and be proud of, but also something that I can use daily myself.

SheCodes is a great course for beginners or even advanced coders. I enjoyed the flexibility of the Basics course and plan on pursuing the more advanced courses. I've always been interested in learning how to code but could never find a class or program that could teach in a simple enough way for me to follow along. I came across SheCodes and read the testimonials of many other women like myself who is trying add to our skills and make ourselves even more valuable in an ever growing technological world. After these last 3 weeks of taking the SheCodes workshops and completing my first Project, I am grateful and extremely excited to take the Advanced courses in order to help me reach my life goals for myself and my family!
The course was fun and designed for absolute beginners like me. Toward the end of the course, I felt that I want to learn to code even deeper. There are great resources to keep you on track and motivated, especially Slack was great to me. I was inspired by many students' final projects. Definitely recommend it to my friends.
This was incredibly challenging. I really enjoyed learning more about JavaScript and API integration as well as learning how to properly work with Git and Github. Matt is a great teacher and I appreciate that there is a team that's willing to help you when you need assistance with your code. This is a great resource for those who are beginners but want to go more in-depth with their coding skills.
I am currently within the HR career path. However, I have always been curious about coding. I heard about SheCodes last year, and I decided 2022 was going to be my year to EMBARK on this coding journey. The main aspect I was interested in with coding was web design. 👩🏽💻I enjoyed learning HTML, CSS, and JS. I did not expect to learn as much as I did in this coding basics class. All the lessons are ordered in a way for easy learning and comprehension. Matt is an amazing teacher. With each homework assignment and project, you get to test your knowledge! I was hesitant to learn this on my own- however with the support of the SheCodes squad/other learners, I felt empowered that if I didn't understand- I could reach out on the real-time Slack chat. My final project reflects my love for baking! I tried to make it simple yet modern. There are still some concepts I would love to learn in order to implement for further development of my web design skills! I'm not sure what the future is for my coding journey as of now. This basic workshop was great. Gives you many "basic" tips and tricks for HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. It was nice to work at my own pace, but yet have deadlines (or extensions if needed).
SheCodes Basic was a great intro to coding. It provided the building blocks needed for beginners to learn concepts in a convenient and exciting way This program provided me the ability to learn Javascript, CSS, and HTML in under a month and I am forever grateful.

When I joined SheCodes, I had zero coding experience, and Matt made coding so easy to learn. I love the way the lessons are divided into short videos, and they give a new activity in almost every lesson to put into practice what has been learned and makes it easier to memorize the information. I came into this workshop with ZERO experience in coding, and I'm so proud of what I've learned so far! Anyone sitting on the fence, PLEASE take the plunge, you'll learn a lot and it's a great skill set to have! There's many resources to get help, and if someone as tech-challenged as me could get into it, anybody could!

With zero prior coding knowledge I watched the free coding video to see what coding is all about. I was instantly interested so I took part in the SheCodes basics course. The whole experience was exciting, fun, and difficult at times . Matt's a brilliant educator, his teaching style enabled a smooth this transition into the coding world for me. Credits to technical support and the supportive students at Slack. This is just the start for me, I look forward to learning more in the upcoming course.
I love the pace of the classes and how the challenges build with each lesson. The final assignment really pulls together all of the lessons and helps with repetition of content. I feel really positive about learning to code and I hope many other women join.
