I never thought I would be interested in anything related to IT, it started as a challenge to expand my knowledge in different fields, but I've come to love it! I love that I can be creative but still challenge myself, my knowledge and my learning skills. SheCodes is amazing, Matt is an amazing teacher and every class is so fun! Cannot recommend this enough!!!
I was scared to learn coding before I met SheCodes. I tend to procrastinate and I was afraid of ending up with quitting SheCodes. However, SheCodes gives you platform to allow you, not only to learn but also to practice what you learn. It has been an amazing journey and cannot wait to explore more about coding with SheCodes.
Matt does a great job simplifying and explaining the concepts! The course allows new coders to build their confidence and excitement about coding.
SheCodes was so much fun and gave me a REAL challenge. You truly have to discipline yourself and make sure you're committed to learning to code and you will enjoy your time learning! I was always helped in a timely manner and other students are able to help too!
I love to keep learning with the SheCodes workshops. The workshops provide a lot of learning material, and make it easy to learn how to code. I want to keep learning and create more projects that would assist me to transition to become a front end developer. I appreciate the opportunity to keep learning, and if encounter any problems along the way to be able to ask questions.
I have absolutely loved every step of the SheCodes Basics journey. The lessons are easy enough to follow but challenging enough to keep me interested. I'm a serial course-purchase-and-never-complete candidate, but the accountability factor as well as the ability to get live support and feedback pushed me to actually work through and complete this. Looking forward to starting Pro now!
Overall, I enjoyed the program - easy to follow classes for a beginner. It is a great platform for anyone who wants to learn the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript! :)

These first 3 weeks have been awesome! I came in to completely restart my passion for coding again after taking an almost 2-year break and have learned so much already! The tutorials have been easy to understanding while providing enough information.

SheCodes is really exciting and I cannot wait to take the advanced courses. I am looking to pursue a career change and I think SheCodes will help me do just that! SheCodes is great for those who have no experience because Matt teaches in such a wonderful way that any novice can understand!
SheCodes is a great program. It's very user-friendly and supportive. I find the classes are easy to follow while still being challenging. It is a great space to learn to code as a beginner, and it is excellent value for the cost. I highly recommend it to anyone curious about coding.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in this workshop. It was very informative and I learned a lot. When I didn't understand something, I was able to seek help through Slack chat. And then tip for incoming students, it is more difficult for you to binge all the videos and assignments in one day in comparison to other workshops like the Basics Workshop. Of course, you should take notes especially if you aren't spreading the workload in the way where you get to practice everyday. And yes, I do recommend this course.
I had an interested in coding only recently, and I am really happy I stumbled upon SheCodes. While there are many resources you can always access on SheCodes whenever, the course provided me with immediate feedback and a group of other people who supported each other. Felt like I received a good basis to starting my career in Technology.
I was so scared to try something new, but I'm glad I did, and the SheCodes team made it easy. I had so much fun doing this course, I cannot wait to learn more!

SheCodes has been an amazing experience. I can't believe in just three short weeks, I have a great understanding of utilizing CSS, HTML & Javascript. Matt is an awesome instructor that really breaks down each concept and gives examples throughout the content. This class has pushed me out of my comfort zone and I am so happy I was able to dive right into the courses. I couldn't be more excited to jump into the next workshop and see where my coding journey goes from here.
The lessons are very easy to understand, and I like how the challenges makes sure that you know how to apply what you've learned.
Each workshop is better than the last. Matt makes learning everything so interesting, while being able to explain all the information so it is easy to understand.

Getting to the end of the SheCodes Plus course is definitely a highlight of the year for me, where I didn't think it would be possible for me to achieve and do everything I have accomplished with my final project today. After fully dedicating myself these past few months to learning and exploring the world of coding, I can safely say I love it, and I can't wait until the next chapter with React! :)

I absolutely love this programme. It really helped me realise just how fun and creative coding can be! The challenges and homeworks allow you to put your newfound coding knowledge to work and I really like how the final project is based on our interests. Matt teaches these lessons really well and it keeps you engaged. I initially was hesitant about getting into tech, but this has really encouraged me to pursue it. I have really enjoyed the beginners coding workshop. Although I found it challenging at times, it was also very rewarding to solve something you've been stuck on. I am now enrolled for the next workshop and can't wait to learn more!

I learned so much in such a short period of time. The course includes enough to challenge you but not too much to overwhelm you. Especially the final assignment really allows you to take full creative control and put everything you've learned to practice. Perfect way to test the 'coding' waters and definitely leaves you thirsty for more!
This was such an awesome course, how to make your website or app responsive an I learned so much. It's just amazing how much we are capable of after 5 weeks. Thank you so much Matt and SheCodes for sharing your knowledge.
Finally, i complete and submit my final project (weather app) SheCodes Plus. After SheCodes Basic, SheCodes Plus being a huge change, a lot of information and tasks. It was a big deal with me especially vanilla JavaScript and API. Full of extensive information about HTML, CSS, JS. Pretty much hard and dynamic. It's a great experience with SheCodes Plus. However, SheCodes Plus taught and introduce with me that, how to dance with frustration. Thank you so much Matthieu Delac Aussaguel. You are such an enthusiastic, well organized, passionate, talented and creative instructor. Before engaging with SheCodes workshop, i had a negative impression about online courses. However, SheCodes (Matthieu) helped me out from that negative impression about online course. Now, I'm more passionate to do some other online course. Thanks again to Matt. Moreover, thanks a lot too to the whole team of SheCodes and also an especial thanks goes to João Lopes and Bruno Torres. You two are super heroes. Here is my final project of SheCodes plus. I have just completed the SheCodes Basics workshop and would recommend to anyone who is interested in coding. I definitely think this is something I would like to get into career wise now, the course is well managed and with lots of help if you need.
I really enjoyed this course. The lessons were easy to follow and the exercises just challenging enough to make me think for myself. I went from absolutely no knowledge of html, css and javascript to building my first landing page.
Just finished the last project and still cannot believe how much I have learned, with a great support of SheCodes team, during these 6 months. It was a lot of fun and quite challenging. Feels kind of sad the course to be over, but I am excited about where the new knowledge will bring me next.

SheCodes Responsive was a fun and challenging experience. You learn a lot of skills in order to improve your coding pace and optimisation along with. It was enjoyable to create your own portfolio page where you can showcase your learning journey!

I went into this knowing absolutely nothing and three short weeks later, I was able to build my very first web page. It was very empowering to see my progress.
Before SheCodes I tried to learn to code somewhere else, but there were no deadlines or assignments. I was not able to understand the material like I did with SheCodes. I really enjoyed doing the challenges and homework assignments!

This is the fourth month of learning how to code and I've built a solid front-end foundation with SheCodes Intro, Plus, and Responsive courses. Thank you so much for the ongoing support from the SheCodes team and our instructor, Matt, and for providing well-structured courses and coding challenges. During the last 5 weeks I've been learning how to make websites responsive, so that the user experience would be seamless no matter what device a user is on. I finished the first iteration of my personal website(something I've been trying to do for a while). Every time I thought I'm done, I would find more things to add/fix. I can't wait to start learning React next week!

SheCodes is a very good online learning platform. I learned coding about ten years ago during my bachelor, but since I never used and practiced it afterwards, it felt like learning from zero again. The way Matt explains things is very fun yet understandable. Can't wait to continue my journey to shecodes plus!
I really enjoyed these 3 weeks of coding! I knew nothing about HTML, CSS or Java Script, and still I was able to build my first "web page". It is a lot of fun to do the challenges and the homework. I am excited to continue learning how to code .

SheCodes has been an excellent learning platform! Matt teaches the extensive curriculum very thoroughly in a very short period of time. He has a solid understanding of common errors and touch bases before we face those errors ourselves.

I am glad I signed up for this workshop. It has equipped me with more tools and technologies that I need to wield my digital magic. I like the fact that you are given the room to learn at your own pace. The scaffolding, step-by-step teaching instructional method makes the lessons easy to follow.
I actually came across Matt's free coding webinar as an advertisement on Instagram after a very long week at work. It was serendipitous as I had been worrying about my career and my lack of 'practical' future-ready skills. I really like Matt's pedagogy - his lessons are very structured and he makes coding jargon simple and relatable. I honestly did not know what to expect going into the workshop, but I am pleasantly surprised by how much I have learned over such a short period of time. It has inspired me to think about alternative career paths, and I'm looking forward to joining more workshops with SheCodes.

I was a technical Recruiter for four years and came to know about coding and the IT world through recruiting.I was always fascinated about it and wondering if I could do that aswell. I have been wanting to get into coding for a long time..but there have not been many options without the proper background in this field + without having to sacrifice your fulltime job etc for it.Therefore i was very happy see an ad about shecode. I enrolled and wow. What an amazing experience sofar. Easy, understandable and perfectly explained lessons..i love to attend each lesson and am even excited after work to go to my class/next lesson and finally to my project end of the week:) looking forward to the rest of the journey!!
Overall extremely positive experience. I chose to attend SheCodes Basic because I needed a new challenge in my life, something that would spark my curiosity and exercise my creative and logical sides. Matt made the material fun and pushed us all to do better. Definitely would recommend it to anyone interested in coding workshops. The thing I loved most about the program is all of the support and encouragement I received.

I had zero knowledge in coding but had always been very interested. Since I'm in Law it's not usual to have access to any kind of class that would help me get to know this area better but now I can say that I at least know the basics and would be very much interested in continuing with other SheCodes workshops ! I was afraid I would lose motivation when I started this course, but the lessons were easy to follow and the set challenges were enjoyable and rewarding! I never felt overwhelmed by the lessons and every week was manageable on top of my studies. Would highly recommend for anybody considering on picking up another skill. If you are even considering taking this class, DO IT!! The way the class was laid out and the challenges after each lesson really helped me apply what I was learning. I love how they connect the students through slack so you can ask questions, and bounce ideas off each other. Although I don't think I will be doing any major coding soon, this has already helped me in my current role communicating with developers and knowing how to translate business needs more clear. I have LOVED doing this course and it felt like a natural continuation of the skills learned in the first two courses. Making a responsive site from scratch has really shown the power of all the techniques learned and the end result has been hugely rewarding. Thanks again to Matt - such as easy to understand teacher for such a wonderful course. I'm doing the React course next and I would definitely sign-up for any future courses offered by SheCodes!

I had no idea what I was going to get into when I jumped into this course but it was great! It was the perfect beginner's course for easy gathering of information and the challenges required hard work but also a bit of fun.

Joined the 3 week workshop in sole intention to know what is coding all about and if I can get an idea of what these coders actually do😉!!But to my surprise ,Matt's course has designed the classes and exercises,challenges and homework in such a organized,easy and user friendly format that an avid amateur like me who knows nothing about coding or computer functions or computer languages was able to create a nice and attractive webpage at the end of workshop😜!! I'd been thinking about taking a coding class for a long time, but it didn't know how to start. I saw ad for SheCodes on Facebook and I decided to give it a chance. Matt is great teacher and I really enjoyed first course!

Matt always emphasized that coding was fun and attainable during his lessons. When you make a mistake, it's okay, just try again. This workshop really made me understand CSS and HTML. I was so excited that by the final weeks I could predict what was going to happen next and my list of things that I needed to fix aligned with Matt's! Really important since everything is mobile-first these days!
